DataHawk unified Marketplace Analytics for e-commerce. I join them after a funding round aimed at transitioning from a platform reserved for experts to a self-service application open to e-commerce merchants.
I was missioned to simplified the value proposition, accelerate the ‘aha! moment’ (with a 24 hours data collection), professionalize and help the scale of the interface with a design system and create the ‘Habit Moment’ (by contextualizing the data in business use-cases).

Design Systems & Scale
My first mission was to overhaul the interface design, establishing a robust system that accelerates sprint velocity while ensuring visual consistency across all product iterations.

Accelerate Aha! Moment
Following, the goal was to accelerated Time-to-Value by reframing slow data collection as a learning opportunity. Through iterative onboarding and demo accounts, we optimized the landing, the navigation, product tour and bridged the knowledge gap to trigger the 'Aha! moment' faster.

Report That Drive Clarity
I revamped intuitive Power BI and Looker Studio reports to simplify UX and readability. By streamlining complex datasets, I ensured that key metrics translate into clear, actionable business insights.

Features Research
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I facilitated research for AI-powered features, competitive alerts, and segment analysis. Our goal was to transform complex data into actionable insights and automated workflows
Marketing Assets
In partnership with an external Art Director, I co-developed a comprehensive visual language and brand ecosystem. We produced a diverse library of assets (including illustrations and motion graphics) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
